About Me
I believe in opportunities, not limits.
My name is Kaja Vovk. I bring curiosity, warmth, and genuine commitment to every conversation, partnering with you to navigate challenges and awaken what truly inspires you. I approach coaching with passion because I believe learning never stops; it is never too late, and every chapter of life is an opportunity for a fresh start.

Over 30 Years in Entrepreneurship and Motherhood
For over three decades, I have successfully run my own business, which has taught me strategic thinking, responsibility, and resilience under pressure. At the same time, I am a proud mother of three grown daughters. I know what it means to navigate high ambitions, business challenges, and family dynamics.

The Power of Discipline and a Love for Life
Long-distance trails and high altitudes have shaped how I see human potential. Having crossed the finish line of all six World Marathon Majors, completed three full Ironmans, and stood on the summit of Aconcagua (6,961 m) taught me the power of discipline, clarity, and perseverance.
I share this not to impress, but to prove what is possible. Whether you are at a pivotal moment in your career, navigating burnout, or seeking a renewed sense of purpose after 50, I am here to help you cultivate that same resilient mindset—distilled from years on marathon courses, in business, and in raising a family.
Expertise Grounded in Knowledge
My passion for working with people is not just intuitive. I am a graduate of the renowned Kingstown College in Dublin, where I earned a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and further deepened my expertise through their specialized Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching program. This foundation allows me to combine deep empathy with proven, evidence-based methodologies.
